Trip Summary for Milwaukee Inner-City School
Global Warming Presentations: February 17-19, 2009

I have been lucky to have this opportunity to speak to five inner-city choice schools in Milwaukee (see the schedule below) for the past 3 days. Dave Legates could not be in Milwaukee because of other equally important duties and works but this presentation would not be possible without his contribution.
This is clearly a joint effort of many including Professor David R. Legates of the University of Delaware, Bob Ferguson of SPPI, Mark Block of the American for Prosperity, Pastor David King of Milwaukee God Squad, Rick Platt and Candy Mead of the Izzit.org educational foundation.
We have the enormous privilege to do this unique educational experiment for the school children in the inner-city of Milwaukee. The occasion includes the first-ever release of the Izzit.org's DvD "Unstoppable Solar Cycles" (USC) which provides a brief but accurate discussion of the climate and climate change issues as they are related to the forces of the Sun and atmospheric carbon dioxide and other factors. Professor David Legates and I are now also preparing a longer tutorial that would be suitable for all the high-school teachers/instructors that might open their doors to the viewing of USC.
The presentation at Milwaukee starts with introduction and explanation by Pastor David King. Follows by the viewing of the 14-minutes school-version of the DvD. Then a short power-point presentation to further explain and emphasize what has been shown in the DvD. Throughout the whole presentation, students and teachers were asked to generate their own questions for further discussion. At the end, each students and teachers get a package of reading materials and the "Apocalypse No!" DvD.
In all my years of speaking and talking, I consider this experience a rather special one since I believed that this effort has genuinely awakened quite a few young minds as well as the school teachers and principals. We can now dare to imagine the power of spreading the materials to all high-school classrooms in America!!!The Other Side Of Global Warming
